  • Market Trend - Sales are down considerably compared to 2007.
  • Housing Inventory - New listings are decreasing in the most active areas.
  • Average Home List Price - $947,982
  • Compared to Last Year - Down
  • Price as % of Asking Price - 93.42%
  • Multiple Offers? - No
  • Greatest Activity - Single-Family Homes, Off-Island, Sea Pines and Sun City
  • Housing Hot Spots - Sun City sales are remaining consistent with Closing to List Price Percent leveling near 95%. Sea Pines sales are nearly half of what they were in 2007, though the homes which are selling are doing so in under 75 days.
  • Other Comments - Overall, new listings are continuing to decrease in comparison to the past two years.
